Provincial Housing Authority.

i. To pay the cost of plot as determined and finally fixed.
ii. To clear all dues pertaining to the plot and terms and conditions of allotment of plot.
iii. To pay any additional cost of land if enhanced by court of law.
iv. Not to claim any compensation from the Provincial Housing Authority Peshawar
incase of any delay in the completion of works and handing over of physical
possession of the plot for reasons beyond its control.
