Software Knowledge: MS Office, Windows, PDMS, Caesar ii (Static Analysis) and AutoCAD.
Viz: ANSI/ASME, API, BS, ASTM & there use in design, analysis and calculation
EXPERIENCE RECORD
Responsibility includes providing general assistance such as Construction Field, project planning,
project management etc. Follow up with contractors and bulk piping material control. Work
involves extensive interaction with client and contractors.
Responsibilities include:
3 Extensive monitoring and control of the project by regular reviews with Consultants for
Engineering disciplines (For drawings / document delivery), Vendors (Equipment &
Material delivery), Contractors (Construction management) and suggest suitable action
plans to management for early recovery incase of delays.
6 Managing the site staff for efficient running and functioning of the
project.
7 Prepare and review P&ID,PFD,GAD,
8 Knowledge of ASME code B 31.1, B31.3,B31.4,B31.8.
9 Witnessing the Hydro testing of the pipe lines, drums and vessels
10 Verification of isometric dawning with respect to P&ID.
11 Witnessing the Hydro testing of the pipe lines, drums and vessels.
12 Prepare hydro test packages, line check and punch listing.
13 Pipe Wall Thickness Calculation, Valve MTO, Piping MTO, Specialty Item
MTO
14 Equipment Layout, Piping Layout
15 Support MTO, PDMS Review
16 Working in a team environment and handling multiple project responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
1. Review of G.A Drawings and Isometrics based on P&ID and plant layout.
2. Piping Material Selection/Specification/Valve Data Sheets.
3. Verification of isometric dawning with respect to P&ID.
4. Reviewing the approved quality plans, manuals and scope of work to perform the
required inspection.
5. Witnessing the Hydro testing of the pipe lines, drums and vessels.
6. Prepare hydro test packages, line check and punch listing.
7. Control of non conformities issuance of punch list.
8. Coordinating with client/consultants while the inspection is being carried out and
offer any clarification is required.
9. Witnessing of pneumatic test, hydro-test, and flushing; system lay-up both in and
in erection field.
10. Preparing and maintaining various QA/QC documents and final test packages.
11. Witness of alignment, orientation and dimensions of installed piping.
12. Assures that all joints are exposed for examination during pressure test.
13. Ensuring vents are open when filling and draining lines.
14. Conform repairs, re-testing and re-inspection in accordance with specifications.
Making a re-instatement punch list and clearing the items.
15. Witnessing of Flange joint assembly and bolt torque.
Ensure the blinds are removed and correct rating gaskets are installed.
16. Inspection of gaskets, supports, valves prior to line reinstatement acceptance as
per the latest drawing for construction, codes and specification standards.
17. Prepared documents, procedures for inspection method ,inspection and testing
plan in Computerized environment. Clearing of MCC (Mechanical completion
certificate) items.
18. Supervision of Piping & Mechanical Equipment Erection, Fabrication, Testing &
Commissioning.
Knowledge of
1. PFD and P&ID, Equipment drawings, Plot plan, Process plant layout, Piping
Welding, Erection & Testing.
3. Line List Preparation and Design of Pipe rack width and height calculations
independently.
10. Using study layout, preparing isometric drawings and finding stress
critical lines for Analysis.
11. Equipment Layout Preparation and sent to AFD, also IFD for further
detailing.
15. Preparation of Nozzle orientation drawing for all tanks for fabricating.
