Cakra Donya Expansion project located at PT. BP Petrochemical Indonesia.
Duties and Responsibilities:

 Prepare daily reports of work progress and man power utilization.


 Prepare weekly reports of the total spool erection, isometric weight installed, welded dia inches
of pipe and joints and the remaining work front with the materials available.
 Co-ordinate with the contractors to achieve the targets and schedule set by the planning.

Sludge Catcher and Train-3 Projects at PT BP LNG Tangguh West Papua Site.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Control and monitoring of Mechanical Static and piping works of new Sludge Catcher at
Onshore Receiving Facilities
 Prepare daily reports of work progress and manpower utilization report to Project Manager.
 Administer construction activities, ensuring all Static and piping scope of works are achieved in

 Supervises the inspection and certification of all plant and equipment in the Halul Crude Oil
Export Facilities Plant, Power Plant and Fuel Gas Plant facilities and ensures that written reports
are compiled as necessary.
 Plans, establishes and supervise Plant Inspection scheduling, reporting and recording systems to
conform with the requirements of Qatar Petroleum accepted code of practice for inspection
and testing. Including liaising with Senior Maintenance Superintendent and Mechanical
Supervisor for scheduling of equipment due for inspection and maintaining on-stream
programme of all crude Export Terminal, Power Plant and Gas facilities.
 Ensures that proper, Site Inspection Report (SIRs), Repair and Recommendations reports are
issued after assessing integrity of plant equipment, including proper identification of damages,
affected areas, and specifications. Also, liaise with Maintenance and MRO (Marine Offshore) for
timely Execution of SIRs.
 Liaises with the Workshops Supervisor to provide inspection services for all works undertaken
by the Workshop. Includes defining specifications and requirements and controlling the
radiographic Facilities.
 Under direction of Head of Inspection, compiles Company codes and standards within his area
of Responsibility and in accordance with Company policies.
 Sets up and maintains comprehensive records of all Plant and equipment and compiles
