    A statement in the prescribed form (Form not yet issued) reconciling the amounts mentioned in annual
    statement filed with the amounts declared in the return, audited accounts or financial statements.

    Due date of filing of Reconciliation Statement: Due date of filing of Annual Tax Return.

    Note: Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 has been amended requiring this statement however the filing
    of these statement and data required is dependent on the availability of format on the FBR web
    portal and notification of relevant rules.
