event. Failing which will result in your deposit being adjusted.

Important Rules & Regulation for Visitors

All Resorts are professionally managed in the world; Rani Empire Family Resort
also has some certain set of rules and regulations that are must be follow by the,
families, guests and visitors. These rules will create peaceful, healthy and secure
environment for those who come to enjoy the beautiful blend of luxury, nature &
technology.

A. Guests presence with visitors is compulsory. Discipline of visitors is responsibility of

the client.

B. Guests, their families and visitors must be dressed in neat, clean, ironed presentable
clothes.

C. Slippers (Open Chappals) are not allowed for male guests or visitors.

D. Eatables/Beverages from outside are prohibited (Strictly).

E. Servants/Maids/Ayas etc are not allowed (Strictly). However, maid servants are
exceptionally restricted to Nanny's Room.

F. Drivers are to be restricted to Guests Parking area adjacent to Main Entrance Gate /
Staff Cafe.

G. Armed Guards, Ammunition/Fire Arms are not allowed.

H. Use facilities in accordance with the rules displayed at respective facilities.

I.   Ladies/Girls are requested to wear T-Shirts, Nylon Tight & Caps for Sliding Swimming
(Mandatory).  No scratch able items to be worn by ladies on water slides i.e. Hair
bands, Hair Clips, Hair Pins, Earrings, Watches, Glasses, Rings etc or any material
producing scratch on slides is prohibited.

J.  Swimming costumes (Shorts only) for men should not have Zips or Metal / Steel
attachments. Shalwar suits, Bermudas, T-shirts, vests, tops and Jeans are prohibited.

K. Changing of dress /swimming costume in all area other than changing rooms is
(Strictly) prohibited.

L.    Persons suffering from heart (Cardiac), skin or any other disease or pregnant
women are strictly forbidden to water slide, use of any water activity or any other hyper
motion activity such as Go-Karts, Bikes etc. Children below the age of 10 (ten)

must be accompanied by their parents or parents' authorized persons while using any
facility or service provided by Rani Empire Family Resort.

M.   Do not give any valuables to any staff members.  Members /Guests / Visitors are
responsible for their valuables.

N.   Shorts & wet clothes are not allowed in Dinning Hall and clubhouse area.

O.   Alcohol: Strictly prohibited whether consumed outside or inside the resort.

P.   Please do not enter into arguments with Resort Staff.  In case of any difficulty /

complaint please feel free to contact the Administrator or reception.

Q.  Only Authorized Families, individuals and/or groups are allowed to

R.  Only valid license holders are allowed to drive vehicles/bikes at desert safari.

S.  The Rani Empire Management shall under no circumstances be liable or responsible

for any accident, loss to life or property that may occur in any manner whatsoever

due to any reason whatsoever to any and all of the members or visitors or any other

accompanied persons introduced by the said members or visitor which may occur

within the premises of Rani Empire Family Resort.

T. All our facilities and equipment are of finest standard. We strive our utmost to

T. maintain, and keep operational, all our facilities and equipments at the best
possible levels. However, as they contain many mechanical, electrical and
electronic parts in addition to others, they may at times break-down or fail to
operate appropriately, which may force the Rani Empire Management to
 temporarily shutdown or make unavailable a specific facility or equipment due to
repair, etc, without prior announcement or notice. Any visitor and/or the user of
any such facility will hold no claim against the Rani Empire Management in case
of any such break-downs, failures and/or announced or un-announced
shutdowns, even in the case of committed facilities, services or equipments.
