A.I.C. Ngong R.C.C C.E.D program revival at local Churches.

MIN 01/10/08/21 MATTERS FROM THE PREVIOUS MEETING

Due to the Pandemic in the country all our plans and programs were threatened hence did not
take course. We agreed to take to readjust and see what work out in the course of this year and
next year.
1.1 CLASS EIGHT LEAVERS AND HIGH SCHOOLERS CONFERENCE

The four days non-boarding Conference will not take place this year as previously planned but
programmed sometimes next year in four different stations with different speakers;

A.I.C Ngong - Rev. Memia Gitau.

A.I.C Rongai - Pr. Timothy Ndolo.

A.I.C Kiserian - Pr. Joyce Wahome.

A.I.C Zion - Rev. Kariuki Ndung’u

Charges: Ksh. 1000.00

 10% of the total contribution will support A.I.C Ngong R.C.C C.E.D.
 The rest of the money will be used for snacks and appreciation.

Theme: THERE IS HOPE.

Date: Will be communicated later in accordance to the Ministry of education's updated school
calendar

1.2 VOCATIONAL BIBLE STUDY/CLUB (V.B.S)

The committee agreed that every Local Church to organize for a VBS as it may fit well to the
local arrangements.

1.3 C.E.D TRAINING.

The committee also agreed to postpone the planned training of different programs in the C.E.D
to April 2022. The charges per participant will be Ksh 3,500.00. The trainers will be sourced
from within our Region. The dates will discussed as the year progress to capture the updated
Ministry of Education's school calendar

MIN 02/10/08/21 A.I.C. NGONG R.C.C. C.E.D PROGRAMS REVIVAL IN OUR LOCAL
CHURCHES.
In regards to taking care of our C.E.D programs in our Local Churches, the committee agreed to
meet the C.E.D. leaders for every program from the Local Churches, the following are the plans
for the meetings:-

 18/09/2021 the committee will meet leaders from A.I.C. Ngong D.C.C. at A.I.C Kiserian.
 25/09/2021 the committee will meet leaders from A.I.C. Ongata Rongai D.C.C at A.I.C
Ongata Rongai. The committee will be taking charge of the 2 hour program.
 Activities shall include:-
Singing
Prayer
Sharing God's Word
Explaining C.E.D Programs
Understanding C.E.D activities from the Local Churches after re-opening the churches
Getting suggestions from the same groups

 Charges @ Ksh 300.00 per participant to cater for Snacks

MIN 03/10/08/21 2021 REGIONAL WOMEN CONFERENCE

The W.R.C.C chair reported that A.I.C Ngong R.C.C. Ladies Conference will take place at A.I.C
Kiserian from 08-09/10/2021.

1. Family Bishop Wahome.

Following the loss of their two family members (a brother and a Mother). The committee thought
it wise to visit the family since Pr. Joyce Wahome is one of the Regional C.E.D leader. Rev.
Memia Gitau was tasked to discuss with the Regional Chairman, Rev. Wanderi, and give
guidance.

The meeting was adjourned at 11: 03 to a date which will be communicated, Pr. Joyce Wahome
did the closing prayers.
