Single Credit Limit Extension To Multiple Customers
Create a dummy check rule, Say “Z1” which doesn’t have any checking formula
2) Creation of main customer master (showing only Credit management related screenshots)
Create the customer master in the normal way with Rules, Risk Class, Check
Rule and Credit Group

Put the Rules, Risk class and in Check Rule put – Z1 (the
dummy check rule created), along with the Credit Group
3) Creation of the other customer masters (just showing the Credit management related screenshots)
In the Credit limit data (BP – UKM000), just select the Limit
defined, but do not put any limit here
The detail will appear here, so click on “Save” to save the master data
You can see this relationship in the main customer master also (shown in the next slide)
How the relationship looks in the main customer master
The subordinate accounts are mentioned here. You can have multiple subordinate
accounts linked to the main customer account, as shown in this screenshot
How the credit exposure looks in the main customer
You can see that BP details are mentioned here for each Business partner, including the subordinate ones
There will not be any Credit Check at the subordinate Customer. It will only happen at the main customer level
