Go to SPRO → IMG → FSCM → Credit Management → Credit Risk Monitoring

Create a dummy check rule, Say “Z1” which doesn’t have any checking formula

Create the customer master in the normal way with Rules, Risk Class, Check
Rule and Credit Group

Put the credit segment and credit limit


in BP – UKM000

Put the Rules, Risk class and in Check Rule put – Z1 (the
dummy check rule created), along with the Credit Group

In the Credit limit data (BP – UKM000), just select the Limit
defined, but do not put any limit here

Now, set up the relationship between the main customer and


this customer using the button – “Relationships”

Here, select the relationship category – TUKM001

Select the appropriate Credit Segment

Enter the main customer and press “Enter”

The detail will appear here, so click on “Save” to save the master data

You can see this relationship in the main customer master also (shown in the next slide)

Check the relationship from the main customer is


“Superordinate Credit Account From”

The subordinate accounts are mentioned here. You can have multiple subordinate
accounts linked to the main customer account, as shown in this screenshot
How the credit exposure looks in the main customer

You can see that BP details are mentioned here for each Business partner, including the subordinate ones

There will not be any Credit Check at the subordinate Customer. It will only happen at the main customer level
