SWOT analysis refers to the internal strengths and weaknesses along with external opportunities
and threats. We have tried to come with the analysis based on our business and tried to relate it
with overall strategy with keeping in mind about the competition.

Implication of SWOT Analysis


After analyzing all the factors, we would like to consider the fact that our company should be in
a better position if it expands international existence. The product we are offering has a unique
feature that will set it apart from others. Besides that, we will be solving a social problem and for
this government will have a favorable approach towards everything. However, the partnering
organizations (ex: importers) will be playing a big role in everything. Creating goodwill among
customers will be very easy if all the importers support through the process. And if everything
goes well, they we can also go for greenfield investment over India and thus continue our
internationalization process.

Product
The main product we would be selling is a water drum which can be rolled or moved easily.
There is different level of products:

Core product level: Mainly deals with the core competency of the product. Here the core
function of our product would be to carry water more easily and swiftly.

Generic product level: Mainly talks about all the qualities and the functions of a product. Here
our product can be used for containing water, can be used for long time and can be used to move
the water with the help of a handle.

Expected product level: Mainly deals about all the aspects that consumers expect from our
product. People will expect to contain water, carry water in our drums and they will also expect
to use our products for a longer period of time. We are quite hopeful that our product will be able
to meet the expectations of the customers and meet their expectations.
