III. Introduction

Online selling has become a popular way of shopping for consumers. This

new innovation for shopping not only brings a great number and variety of

merchandise to potential consumers, but also offers a numerous business

activities and huge market. Social media is no longer known only as a media that

facilitates its users to present themselves on the internet but also as media to sell

some products to consumers known as an online shop. Because of the

numerous advantages and benefits, more people say that they prefer online

shopping over conventional shopping these days (Singh & Kashyap, 2007).

Online shopping or marketing via internet is the use of technology (computer) for

better marketing production.

Online shop on Different social media now develops its function along the

updated and the increase of people’s needs. Online seller that sells stuffs such

as clothes, makeup, shoes, have learned to use the recent technologies like

Facebook in order to be able to reach the potential buyer since almost everyone

uses social media these days. Over these past years E-commerce has

developed very fast because of many advantages related to buying on internet

because of easier transaction and lower cost as compared to other types of

shopping. Through online shopping everyone can buy faster, have more

alternatives and can order various product or services with lower price (Cuneyt

Koyuncu; Gautam Bhattacharya, 2017).

Selling different handmade, crafts and vintage items on the Internet has never

been easy. This work shop will introduce you to a few online tools available for
you start online selling and help you determine which tool is the accurate for the

items you are about to sell. Each of these tools have different markets, different

seller fees and different options. Correctly determining which tool, you use can

impact your profit

a. Rationale

Ever since online selling was established, finding the appropriate tool to

increase your profit is difficult. Starting a business which involve social media is a

new kind of strategy that joints the gap of producers and consumers. Getting

easy access to shops, restaurants, and caffe through online makes life easier for

people.

It all stared in the year 1994 where e-commerce took a new manifestation and

businessmen/women can now sell their good through one’s website and close

sales transaction either online or through e-mail.

b. Target Audience

This research would be beneficial to women online sellers at Barangay

Central Bicutan. Giving them knowledge about different strategies to get

customers, to be flexible on what the people want and what the people need.

Giving these advantages will make them a better online seller without stepping

on someone’s idea.

This research would also be beneficial to future researchers mainly because it

will give them chance to figure out more solutions that would be useful in the

near future.
