Complications:
IT’S THE AVATAR: as the Avatar, Seng is easily recognizable, and many people will come to him to try
and get him to solve the problems of whatever town he may be in.
Spiritual: It is only through focusing his own spirt through the Matial arts, that Seng can bend the
elements to his will. Should he ever doubte his own abilities, his bending may fail.
The Elements: Seng's Water and Earth bending is limited by the volume of Stone, Dirt, Sand, Mud, and
Water avalible. The Create, Elongate, Snare, Earth Column and Ice Disk of these two Elements' Effective
Rank, cannot be over the avalible volume of these elements within Perception Range.
Phases of the Sun and Moon: During the time of a New Moon, Seng is unable to bend water. While the
same happens to his Firebending during a Solar Eclipse.
Limited Reach: For bending which requires the element to be present, the bender can only effect the
element from 30ft away or less.
