Good day!

I was informed by my brother that you are looking for a passionate and organized Virtual Assistant for
your Media Production Start-up company. As of the moment, I am looking for online jobs where I cannot
just only share my experiences but also learn from the people I’ll be working with. I am no longer
employed, hence, there will be no issue with my schedule moving forward. My rate starts at $6 per hour.

Your first question was on how I organize my day. I just recently went back to my hometown. Given the
current situation, I was placed on quarantine as required by our local government. My routine is simple. I
divided them into 3. First, morning routine: Fixing my bed, meditating, eating breakfast and cleaning.
Second, midday routine: Eating lunch, cleaning, watching documentaries while talking to my family/friends
online, listening to relaxing music, reading ebooks and/or researching online. Evening routine: Eating
dinner, doing a recap of what I did for the day, planning on what would be the next interesting
documentary that I will be watching the next day and lastly, I go to sleep.

Second question was if I have experienced SaaS. I did a research and if I understand it correctly this is a
software that would require subscription and it is accessible online. My family have been using Netflix
on/off and I am personally using Spotify for my favorite songs.

Third question was, how will I plan a project titled “Birthday Party for Mom Planned and Held”.
First - prepare or plan for the party for at least a month or so.
Second - set a budget.
Third - establish what will be the theme and when will be the ideal date for the party.
Fourth - who will be the attendees. By identifying this, we’ll be able calculate the number of people and
the type of food we will be serving.
Third - determine where the venue is and the type of entertainment/games we can have on the venue.
Fourth - prepare for the invitation and the giveaways.
Fifth - send the invitation.
Sixth - buy a gift.
Fourth question was what is Moti Media. From what I understand MotiMedia is a platform where all sorts
of individuals are free to share their own story of success. By doing so, this will inspire others and will
boost their confidence in fulfilling their own dreams as well.

And lastly, one thing that I have learned lately that I am excited about. Recently, I have learned how
important self-awareness is in these trying times. Understanding myself by knowing both my strength and
weakness helps me manage my emotions. I am excited to focus on amplifying my strengths and to take
actions on how I can improve my weak points.
