In reference to the invitation of Ar. Creselda M. Roldan, Ph.D., Officer-in-Charge of the School of
Engineering and Architecture (SEA) of the Divine Word College of Calapan (DWCC), to be a part
of the faculty of the DWCC as a Full-Time instructor of SEA, by teaching Building Technologies
Subject to BS Architecture Students.

I’m currently operating my own construction firm based in Calapan City. Having an experience in
design and build projects would suit the position that I’ll be teaching. Being particular in
construction management and design implementation would complement the skills required for
that particular subject.
