SUBJECT: DEVELOPMENT OF ENROLLMENT SYSTEM

Dear Mr. Gumanid:

Undersigned proposes for the development of ENROLLMENT SYSTEM FOR QUEZON

INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY with the following details:

Scope of the Project

I. Development

The proposed system shall be Client/Server application with two-client terminals

and a server.

 Software development
 Automation of generating student records such as student loads, student
grades/semester, Transcript of Records, and any reports needed for the
School, Teachers, Students, TESDA, CHED, and DepEd.

II. Deployment and Testing

The undersigned will, until final configuration, prepare the cabling of the network
for the deployment and testing of the system at the site specified by QIT.

Duration of Development

The entire system development shall be 5 months and a grace period of 15 days.

Cost of the whole Project

I. Software Development – The undersigned would like to propose of 16,000.00

pesos additional compensation aside from his services rendered to the school.

Other Hardware and Software (& Licenses)

I. Computers
II. Network related devices and cable

Note: -------------------------- Charged to QIT

Warranty

The undersigned will issue 60 days warranty for the whole System development and
services rendered after deployment.

Post Warranty Period

After the deployment, the undersigned shall always be the consultant of said System upon
the discretion of QIT.

Undersigned is looking forward to the approval and the realization of this proposal as soon
as possible.
