Aarogya Setu is a contact tracing mobile application to keep people
informed of their potential risk to Covid19 infection. Similar apps have been
released in other countries— Australia (COVIDSafe), Singapore
D E A D L IN E (TraceTogether), Israel (HaMagen), Switzerland (SwissCovid), Saudi Arabia
(Corona Map) among others. CoWin vaccination portal has also been

drives.

Part 1 – Problem space and scope definition


Understanding the principles of User

Part 2 – Solution space and prioritization

2. Define clearly your 3-month (short term), 6-9 months (midterm) and 15-18 (long term) initiatives. Midterm
and long-term plans need not be in depth.

Part 3 – Wireframing

1. Please draw wireframes (low fidelity (you can use Figma, Balsamiq, PowerPoint); handwriting is perfectly
fine), and explain the thought process in each screen.

2. Focus on quality over quantity (you do not have to create wireframes for all flows, you can focus on specific
feature or workflow out of your listed solutions)

Part 4 – Risks & Considerations

1. List down all potential risks from this product launch and how would you mitigate them
2. List down all your additional considerations, if any. This can be related to technical solutions, operational
launch, customer support, etc.
