PWM Application Support Specialist (1 year’s contract, payroll under external vendor)

Job Description

Mission  To join the "PWM Applications Support" team organization by getting

involved in the 3 pillars (Training, Support, UAT) and by maintaining a high
level of knowledge of each application.

Responsibilities Be active in the 3 main pillars of the “PWM Applications Support” Team -

 Support (4242 help desk) - Ensure support for key PWM applications as well
as analyze the dysfunctions during the “Run and maintain” phases of the
products. Report and escalate to the Applications Support team in Geneva
and to the related “Product owner”.
 UAT (Test campaign) - Participate in user acceptance tests for key PWM
applications
 Train users on key PWM applications (« Transfer Experience Métier »
Concept)

Be the local CCC (Client Call Center) for PWM Hong Kong Clients relating to
the Pictet Connect and Wealth applications. Once fully onboarded with regard
to the product(s), you will –

 Be responsible for the product(s)’s “reference” within the team

 Put in place, update and apply the “Product life cycle”
 Ensure strong coordination with the Product owner

 Good understanding of IT systems and processes
 Good understanding of operational banking processes
 Good communication skills (oral and written)
 Good decision making skills
 Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
