19-The Bill of Rights is a set of amendments which guarantees that each branch of government is
not abused.

20- If there is a vacancy in the Presidency, because of resignation or death, the Vice president
takes the position. However, if the Vice President is unable to do it, the chairperson of the Senate
assumes the role.
