DIVISION OF CALAPAN CITY
Q: What is the chosen learning delivery modality of Oriental Mindoro National High
School?
A: Based on the survey results conducted by OMNHS in April, 2020, the majority of participants
(parents and learners) chose face to face learning delivery modality. However, since the
government has temporarily banned the conduct of such mode of learning delivery in the country
due to the health risks as caused by the present Covid-19 pandemic, the school has opted to
use blended distance learning which ranked 2nd based on the same survey.
A: It is the utilization of combined digital and printed modular learning and other available
distance learning modalities (synchronous or asynchronous) that are applicable to the learners’
capacity and capability.
Q: When is the schedule of learning modules distribution for Grade 11 ABM Executive?
A: As what was mentioned during the virtual orientation sessions with parents and students, the
distribution of modules for Grade 11 ABM Executive will be on September 23 and 26, 2020. The
copy of the specific list of batches has been shared to the learners through the group chat.
Q: What will be the arrangement for those learners who selected e-modular
learning?
A: All learners will be given printed learning modules for the first two weeks of classes to
ensure that no learners will be left behind. After two weeks, those who will prefer e-
modular learning will not be given printed copy of modules anymore. Instead, the
electronic copy of the modules will be shared with them through Messenger, email, any
available online platform or it can also be shared through any storage device provided by
the parent or guardian such as external drive, CD, etc.
Q: Who will come to school to get the learning modules?
A: The parent, guardian or any adult representative (except Senior citizens and those
below 21 years old) of the learner may come to collect the learning modules from the
class adviser on the assigned schedule.
Q: What do the parents or representatives need to bring?
A: They should bring the following:
• Attendance slip (written in ¼ sheet of paper and accomplished at home) with the
following details:
Name of Learner:
Grade/Section:
Name of Parent/Guardian:
Contact Number:
Signature:
Schedule:
• Own ballpen
• Original report card (Grade 10)
• Photocopy of PSA/NSO birth certificate (if available)
Q: What is the exact location of the distribution of modules for Grade 11 ABM
Executive?
A: It is in Room no. 14 (second floor) of Gabriela Building. Please refer to the copy of
the location map.
Q: Will the parents/ representatives be allowed to park their vehicles inside the
school?
A: No. Parking inside the school premises will not be allowed for parents/representatives.
A : After the first two weeks of using modular distance learning, the school will explore
other possible options of learning delivery. However, should the same distance
learning still be preferred, then the ideal distribution and submission of outputs will be
every two weeks.
Q: In case of virtual classes, will the learners be required to wear school uniform?
A: Should the conduct of online classes happen, the students may or may not be
necessarily required to wear their school uniform.
