Payment Gateway

Wincommerz (Product of Wintel Limited) is the online payment gateway, which started its
journey in 2012, collects payment from consumers or businesses invoiced by the e-
merchants. Wincommerz is a universal e-Payment Gateway using which e-merchants can
acquire card and mobile wallet transactions in Bangladesh to receive payments on the
internet via their online stores. By developing a secured online payment gateway in

● Wincommerz will perform bank settlement twice a week with the merchant.

● All transactions during a collection period will be summed up and settled in the
merchant designated currentaccount by respective payment settlement time.

● Wincommerz will deduct the respective commission % before bank settlement.

● The cut off time will remain the same on public holidays, bank holidays or closure;
however, if PaymentSettlement Time becomes a public holiday, bank holiday or
closure, payment will be settled on the next available working day.

● If a settlement amount is lower than BDT 10,000; we prefer to deposit it on the next
settlement cycle.

2. Documents Required for Payment Gateway

1. Wincommerz prescribed Application Format to be filled and signed by authorized person

4. TIN / VAT certificate

5. Copy of National Id

3. Refund Policy

● If a customer or a merchant files a dispute or demands refund, the money will be


refunded depending on the authenticity and verification of the credit documents and
legitimacy of claims.
● The signup fee paid by the merchant is non-refundable after being onboarded.

4. Fraud Policy

Wincommerz can detect suspected fraud transactions within after made the transaction.
Merchant will be notified to ask his/her customer to provide additional documents for the
verification process. If the cardholder is unable to provide sufficient documents, then
Wincommerz reverses the payment to the cardholder.

If any transaction seems to be suspicious by Wincommerz Limited, 50% of the amount will
be settled before the delivery and the rest will be settled after the product has been
delivered to the customer.

In case of international transactions, the following settlement percentage will be followed to


avoid any possibility of fraud activity -

● First month: 75% of the amount will be held by Wincommerz Limited and 25% will be
settled with the merchant.
● Second month:50% of the amount will be held by Wincommerz Limited and 50% will
be settled with the merchant.
● Third month: 25% of the amount will be held by Wincommerz Limited and 75% will
be settled with the merchant.
● Fourth month and onward: 100% of the amount will be settled with the merchant.

5. Compliance

● No live/production ID will be generated without any live website/app.

● Wincommerz footer banner with payment channels must be added at the website
footer.

● Card activation for international transactions takes 7-10 working days after full
website live, means- no dummy product on website; proper and updated terms and
conditions- refund policy- privacy policy- about us and contact us page;

A tick box with hyperlink of Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy
must be there at the Checkout page (to be clicked by customer).

6. Disclaimer

The merchant will reserve all the content related responsibilities and copyright issues. It is
the sole responsibility of you to ensure that any information entered in the relevant fields
are correct, accurate and valid.
