Everything you need to know and bring for the free lesson
.
Please come ready and dressed in swim wear for the lesson, wearing gown or warm clothes over
swim wear.

Only new swimmers parents are allowed on pool deck for their child’s first swim lessons.
Please note that no parents are allowed on pool deck thereafter.

Babies (under 3 years old) can bring the following for the lessons:
 Swimming nappy for baby.
 Bring 2-3 towels for the lesson.
(1 for baby and 1 for mom/caregiver, 1 extra for emergency)
 Give your baby a light snack 30min before swimming lesson.
(DO NOT GIVE A FULL BREAKFAST OR BOTTLE – THIS MAY END UP IN THE POOL)
 A warm bottle or light snack for after the swimming.
 In winter bring a gown for baby.
 Dry nappies and clothes to change baby after swimming.

Children (older than 3 years old) and Adults can bring the following for the lessons:
1. Bring a towel for the lesson.
2. In winter bring a gown for your child.
3. Dry clothes for after the lesson.

Other Important Notes

 We have dressing rooms for you to use for after the swim lessons. With Covid regulations
we are trying to keep the quantities to the bear minimum in changing rooms.
 Please come ready and dressed in swim wear for the lesson, wearing gown or warm
clothes over swim wear.
 Parking will be allocated by a car guard.
 Please ask for a registration form after the swim lesson if you want to enrol or download
it on our website www.swimkidzsa.co.za
 We have hairdryers and heaters at all of our facilities.
 If the free lesson time does not suit you we can look at other available times slots.
 The instructor will evaluate the free lesson to see what will suit your child’s needs best.

Covid Protocols
 Please sanitize at the door .
 Please write your temperature down on papers at the door.
 Please wear a mask when entering our facility.
 Parents that swim with their baby should please wear a face mask.
