Dear Kartikeya,

We are pleased to offer you the position of Assistance Coordinator at AWP Assistance (India) Private
Limited at Gurgaon with the following terms:

1. Job Title : Assistance Coordinator


2. Commencement Date : 19 Apr 2021
3. Function : Operations

The terms and conditions of service will be as follows:

1. Your Cost to the Company (CTC) will be 225,750.00 /- per annum including incentives and awards. The
components of your salary are provided in the attached Annexure and would be governed by Company
policies as amended from time to time.

2. In the first instance, you will be on probation for a period of 45 Days from the date of your
appointment/joining, where the probation period may either be extended at the discretion of the
Management or dispensed either earlier or on completion thereafter till confirmation. After 45 Days of
probation period you will be deemed to be a confirmed employee unless informed otherwise in written by
the management. Your services are liable to be terminated with a minimum notice of termination of 3
Days or salary in lieu of notice period during the initial or extended period of probation. Similarly, you will
be at the liberty to resign from the service upon 3 Days notice or payment of salary in lieu thereof during
the initial or extended period of probation. Salary for the purpose of notice period is as defined in the HR
Policy in effect.

3. Your place of posting will be Gurgaon. However, your services are transferable, and you may be
assigned, after reasonable notice, to any location in India where the Company conducts business. While
on transfer you will be governed by the rules, regulations and conditions of service of that location.

4. Your normal working hours and weekly offs will be governed as per the applicable regulations and
Company policies.

5. You shall bear your own taxes that shall be deducted from your salary and/or other dues. For going on
duty outside place of employment, you shall be governed by TA/DA rules of the company, if applicable in
your case.

6. After confirmation, your services are liable to be terminated with a minimum notice of termination of 30
Days or salary in lieu of notice period. Similarly, you will be at the liberty to resign from the service upon
30 Days notice or payment of salary in lieu thereof, subject to management approval. Salary for the
purpose of notice period is as defined in the HR Policy in effect. In case you are incapacitated by reason
of illness, accident or any other cause and cannot perform your duties, the Company may at its option
grant leave for reasonable time on full pay or half pay or without pay or terminate your services. Also, if
you are found suffering from any infectious/contagious disease, the Company may, at its discretion,
terminate your services.

7. You will work under the supervision of such officers as may be decided upon by the Management from
time to time. You shall diligently and satisfactorily carry out instructions given to you by your supervisors
in connection with the work assigned to you to the best of your skill and ability.

8. Your office timings will be governed by the leave and attendance policy of the organization.

9. You will employ yourself efficiently to the best of your ability, will devote your whole time to the work of
the organization and will not engage yourself directly or indirectly either honorary or on remuneration in
any service, trade, business, vocation or occupation (including agency of an insurance company or in
advisory capacity).

10. Absence for a continuing period of 7 days including absence when leave though applied for but not
granted and when over-stayed for a period of 7 days would make you lose your lien on the service and the
same shall automatically come to an end without any notice or even intimation. In such an eventuality,
the Management will draw an irresistible presumption that by remaining absent continuously and
unauthorizedly, you have abandoned your job.

11. AWP Assistance (India) Private Limited reserves the right to terminate your employment on grounds of
breach of policy, misconduct or where your performance has been found to be unsatisfactory.

12. You will automatically retire, without any notice, on your reaching the age of 60 years.

13. You confirm that there is no litigation/conviction against you before any court of law which involves any
criminal offence or offences involving moral turpitude.

14. You will be required to apply and maintain the highest standards of personal conduct and integrity and
keep yourself informed and comply with all Company policies and procedures.

15. Privilege Leave, Sick Leave, National and Festival holidays shall be allowed as per the company policy.

16. You will be bound by rules and regulations enforced by the Organization, from time to time, in relation to
conduct, discipline, leave, holidays or any matter relating to service conditions which will be deemed as
rules, regulations and orders in the part of these terms of employment. The Management reserves the
right to modify, alter or delete the existing service rules or to introduce fresh service rules which will be
binding upon you.

17. During the tenure of service, you will keep your emoluments secret from other members of this
organization and will treat all information coming to you as strictly confidential and the information
contained in all documents and papers and other matters relating to the Company will not be divulged by
you to any person other than those of the management.

18. This appointment is based on the information given by you to us in your employment / personal data form
and otherwise, and shall be considered null & void if a material error / suppression or false detail is
discovered therein at any time. In that eventuality, the Management can recover the payment made to
you towards your remuneration during such employment.

19. The Company shall conduct a background and reference check as per company policy and this
appointment is conditional upon the result of such checks. In the event the results of such checks are
unsatisfactory on any account, the Company may, in its sole discretion, revoke this appointment at any
time.

20. Any violation of the above mentioned or any other Company procedures and policies would attract action
as per Company’s disciplinary policy in force, including and up to termination. In the event of termination
by Company on account of breach of disciplinary policy, the Company will not be liable to any amount in
lieu of notice.

21. Upon separation from the Company on account of either resignation or termination, you will be required to
immediately return to the Company, all assets and property of the Company including documents, files,
books, papers, training material and memos in hard or soft copy which is in your possession or custody.

22. You will be responsible for making your own transportation arrangements to and from work irrespective of

duty timings. The Company has no liability whatsoever in this regard.

23. All terms and conditions will be governed by the Company’s policies as stated from time to time and the
Company may in its sole discretion as it deems fit revoke or change such policies.
