Terms & Conditions

1. “Multi-Pieces Shipment or “MPS” refers to a shipment which contains multiple packages under a waybill.

2. A MPS can support a minimum of 2 shipments up to a maximum of 10 shipments which the shipments will be grouped together into 1 waybill.

3. Multiple-Pieces Shipment shall only be applicable for walk in customer and VIP customer. Prior to delivery, the sender shall place the order via J&T
online platform at the official website of J&T Malaysia, or VIP Platform for VIP Customer. (No DFOD is allowed)

4. For all retails the shipping price will follow the current standard express pricing; For VIP pricing, please consult your region sales representative
respectively. The prices as stated above is included shipping fees only (All prices are excluded of 6% SST).

5. Parcel standard: Actual weight and dimensional weight of each piece of parcel should be between 3-70kg; one side’s length no more than 150cm,
and the sum of three sides shall not more than 300cm.

6. Actual weight and dimensional weight of each piece of air freight parcel should be between 3-35kg; Length × Width × Height must not more than
90cm×90cm×90cm.

7. Multi-Pieces Shipment shall only be applicable for all Malaysia domestic parcel (not included international shipping and sea freight shipment).

8. Total shipment values for MPS shall not be more than RM10,000.00.
