This letter is show the interest of our client, Mrs. Fely Santiago , in leasing out your unit in
Level 4 Parking Slot 7 Tower 2 Greenbelt Hamilton for the following terms & conditions;

I. LEASE TERM One (1) Year Lease

II. OCCUPANTS Three (1) Occupant

III. AMOUNT OF RENT PHP 5,000 per month inclusive of

Association Dues

IV. TERMS OF PAYMENT Two (2) Months Security Deposit and

Two (2) Months Advance Rent and
Ten (10) Post Dated Cheques

V. PERIOD OF LEASE - November 30, 2020 to

November 29, 2021

TERMS

Once both parties agreed and completed Contract Signing, We Tim Leasing Management
and Harlyne Casimiro will be receiving a Broker’s Fee equivalent to ONE MONTH rental to
be given upon signing of Contract and for every renewal to manage the documentation and
property managing of the client during their stay in the said property.

If the potential LESSEE and LESSOR did not agree and no Contract Signing was done then
this Letter of Intent will be null and void. Should you agree with the terms above please
