“Notetify: Receptive Language Disorder Intervention on Children with Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD)”. In view of this, we would like to ask your permission to distribute our survey
questionnaires to teachers and parents in your institution who have experience in handling
children with Autism and using android phones, which will help us obtain information we need
in relation to our topic. However, if we are not allowed to conduct the survey ourselves, we
request that you allow us to brief your assigned personnel before they administer the survey
questionnaires.

Rest assured that all information derived herein will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
Furthermore, we will provide your institution with a copy of the study’s results.
