NOTES

If requesting your full account balance, VIBHS Financial Ltd will allow your account to remain inactive for
a period of no longer than twelve [12] months. If your account balance is zero [0] for twelve [12] months
your account will be closed. Once an account is closed, additional paperwork may be required should you
wish to open a new account and a new account number will be issued.

To withdraw funds from VIBHS Financial Ltd, please complete and submit this Funds Withdrawal Request
form in a scanned format by email to support@vibhsfinancial.co.uk. This form is also available online at
www.vibhsfinancial.co.uk.

Please note that VIBHS Financial Ltd will not make third party payments in compliance with global anti-
money laundering legislation and will only make payments back to the original source from which the account
was funded.

Funds may take 3 – 5 business days to reach your bank account however, this may take longer if your VIBHS
Financial Ltd account is to be closed and there are positions to be liquidated or profit and loss to be realised
or converted.

All Payments will be made net of any UK and local bank charges.

Should you require same day bank settlement please indicate below and confirm that you understand that you
will receive your funds net of any bank payment fees that VIBHS Financial Ltd incur as a result.

 Please note that same day bank payments will only be processed if submitted before 11am (UK time).
After this time we may be able to process a same day payment but cannot guarantee the value date.
 All funds requests are subject to our Risk department's approval and may not be processed in the
preferred method of withdrawal for reasons of compliance.
 Most international wire payments are subject to further charges from any intermediary bank handling
the transaction and these are normally deducted by the intermediary bank from the principal amount
remitted.
 VIBHS Financial Ltd will process your instructions to the best of our ability, but we have no control
over the intermediary or the beneficiary banks or the time it takes for them allocate funds to your
account.
