VO 1: (Welcoming/registration/Health and safety protocols upon arrival)

Marriage is a beautiful union of two individuals who share the same amount
of love for each other. Today we celebrate Karl and Krysha’s beautiful love
story… Welcome to Dreamscape…. And Welcome to the wedding reception of
Karl and Krysha…

Tonight, Our main quest— to have fun and celebrate! Hang on tight, you are
in for a cheesy night full “kilig” moments. But before we do that, remember:
1. log in first at our registration area at the main entrance.
2. Have your temperature checked
3. Check from our reception staff for your table assignment.
4. Proceed down to the veranda and treat yourself with an array of cocktail
and grazing spread.
5. And most of all, Take pictures and make memories at our selfie wall.

VO 2: (Protocols Announcement)

It’s ok to have a little fun once in a while but we need to be extra careful, and
for everyone’s safety Please:
1. Wear your face mask and or Face shield at all times. Surgical mask is a must. If
you happen drop your mask or forgot to bring one, face masks are available at
the reception table.
2. ALWAYS Observe Physical and Social Distancing. 2 meters apart is advised.
3. Observe Proper Coughing Etiquette.
4. “Beso”, Kissing, Hugging, cheek to cheek and Handshakes are not allowed. No
touching please.
5. No leaving of Assigned seats at all times except for getting of food and going to
the restrooms.
6. Please sanitize Regularly. Alcohols are available at each table
7. Report or Notify any violations on the safety guidelines to the event in- charge.

VO 3: (Leading of Guests to reception hall)

After treating Yourself with our cocktail and grazing spread, the reception hall is
now open. Usher yourself to the grand ballroom and find your seat with your table
number. (repeat once in a while)

VO 4: (when guests enters the Reception hall)

Welcome to the wedding reception of Karl and Krysha… as we are gathered to

celebrate the love that Karl and Krysha have shared, we request al our Guests to
 share this love to everyone by following this health and safety Protocols. For safety

Food Service Guidelines: (Dinner time)

1. Please disinfect your hands before going to the Buffet Table; alcohol sprays are
provided at each table.
2. We will call each table by their number to observe order in the serving of food at the
buffet table. We request everyone to please be patient in waiting for your queue.
(VIP, table1-11)
3. Please fall in line and observe at least 2 meters distance.
4. This is an assisted buffet service; Food servers will assist you in placing food on your
plate.
5. Waiters will go around to give you your beverage.
6. Please minimize any conversation while eating.
7. If you are done, place your napkin on top of your plate. Servers or waiters will pick
them up, promptly.
8. And wear your mask again after eating.
9. We request everyone to please stay in your assigned seats and table as our
newlywed couple will go around each table to take memories with you.
