Founded in 1961, Ramco Cements Limited, formerly known as Madras Cements
Limited, is a company of The Ramco Group, a business group based in Chennai,
India. The Company’s main product is Portland cement, which is manufactured
across its 10 state-of-the art production facilities, including integrated cement
plants and grinding units. The company also produces ready mix concrete and Dry
Mortar products, alongside operating one of the largest wind farms in the country.

July 28, 2021- The Ramco Cements Ltd on Tuesday reported a 46.10 per cent
increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 171.67 crore for the quarter ended
June, helped by growth in sales The company had posted a net profit of Rs
117.50 crore during the April-June period of the previous fiscal, it said in a
regulatory filing.

factory in Ramasamy Raja Nagar in Virudhunagar district, in south of Tamil
