EPF 16.10 EPF (Execution Production Framework) is a home-grown utility which is used by
Over100 workstreams in FannieMae .EPF supports data file transfer between various systems. All data files that are
transferred between system need business/technical certification and validation. EPF is offering a transparent
functionality that will enable creation, validation, Storage and transportation of control data across interfacing system
for process integrity and data composition for downstream consumers.EPF offers interface status management (Raw,
Verified, Approved, Not Approved) and it stores data files for 7 years.

EPF – UI: EPF Web application is replacement of EPF GUI which is Microsoft Excel sheet integrated into SOX-XL
application. EPF Web application requires FannieMae approved Web Browser to access the application.

NiSource was restructuring its business operations and has decided to spin off one business unit as a separate publicly
traded company. To effectuate operations for CPG as a separate entity, NiSource will implement the solutions in two
(2) waves that will confirm first the logical and then the physical separation of access to certain data of NiSource and
CPG processed through key applications that were hosted and operated in a shared environment prior to the spin off.
The focus for this project is on Day 1 Build, Test, Deploy and Hypercare phases. Day 1 activities will focus on logical
separation of infrastructure and applications, with minimal physical changes to the environment.

IVR (Interactive Voice Response) application is a customized application for NiSource which sits on top of base framework
developed by IBM's software lab team. Framework provides xml based call flow management and handling of VXML. It integrates
with mainframe systems using SOA hub to provide integrated data services and business logic. Genesys Voice Platform integrates
with IVR application. Voice platform provides call resolution, call management, intelligent routing and centralized control of all
other Genesys components. These other components include- VCS (Voice Communication Server), T-server (transaction server),
URS (Universal Routing Server), reporting server, VPM (Voice Portal Manager).

Responsibilities:

Java Developer

Softphone is the next step in IVR wherein the call is transferred to the agents. It is standalone application
implemented using core java. Agents can save considerable amount of talk time as the caller information is presented
along with call as screen-pop. Softphone provides ability to go Ready/Not Ready with reason codes. It provides ability
to do single-step transfer, two – step transfer and conference features. Customizable drop-down list for predefined
numbers for call transfer. So, Agents don’t have to memorize the numbers. It provides ability to view data attached
with the call.
