between May and September.
The next sales are on July 19 & 26, August 16, 23, 23 & 30 and September 13 & 20

Time: Sellers should be in time for a pitch if they arrive between 8am and 8.30am and buyers are
admitted at 10am.
How much: There is no pre-booking. Cars cost £12 and vans or trailers £20. Food, drinks and

Southport car boot sale

Where: Victoria Park, Southport
When: The car boot sale runs every Saturday, between May and October.
Time: Sellers are asked to arrive from 8am and the sale is open until 1pm. Only traditional car boot
stalls are allowed and no new goods can be sold.
How much: Cars cost £10 and it’s £15 for cars with trailers or vans and £20 for very large vans.

Where: Behind the Merton Pub on Stanley Road/Trinity Road, Bootle, organisers say this busy
event is Liverpool’s most popular car boot sale.
When: Every Sunday all year round and on bank holiday Mondays.
Time: Gates are open from 6am and you pay on arrival.
How much: The charges are £10 for cars, £15 for cars with trailers or vans and £20 for larger vans.

Where: Chalon Way multi-storey car park, next to the World of Glass museum in St Helens.
When: The indoor and outdoor car boot sale takes place every Sunday morning.
Time: Sellers from 6am, buyers from 7am.
How much: Prices are £15 for cars inside, £12 for cars outside and £28 for outside trading for vans.

Tranmere Rovers FC car boot sale, Wirral

Where: The main car park of Prenton Park, Prenton Road West, Birkenhead
When: Sunday mornings between March and October.
Time: The event starts at 6am for sellers and buyers.
How much: Admission is £9 per car and £12 per van. There is an entrance fee of 30p for
customers. Allocated spaces are on a first come, first served basis and booking is not available.
