From the bottom of my heart, I sencerely would like to thank all people who are
always support me during the challenge internship. For Ton Duc Thang
University, firstly, it’s really greatefull for me to study and broaden my horizons
at here for four years in terms of not only in proffessional knowledge but a wide
range of social skills also. Secondly, I wholeheartedly want to express my
gratitude to the Faculty of Foreign Languages since they have constantly tried
their best to create the best condition for me to complete my internship on time.
More specific, I also would like to show my deep gratitude to Mrs. Tran Thi Kim
Trang who is my supervisor in this internship. She provided me with valuable
guidance and a piece of advice to follow correctly. Last but not least, thanks to
the great help of Phuong Nam Education, I was allowed to experience the
valuable time. At there, I could work with frienly leader and colleges, which
totally impressed me throughout the period. I were able to work in proffesional
enviroment to upgrade my limit knowledge and serve for future career path.

Chapter 1: Introduction

Company description

Phuong Nam Education Trading Service Consulting Co., Ltd is an educational


company specializing in providing and teaching not only popular languages but
many kinds of rare languages also in the world.

This company has already operated for over ten 10 years, commencing with
establishment in 2011. Throughout the prolonged development process, Phuong
Nam Education Trading Service Consulting Company has successfully reached a
thounsand of certain achievement, including the great number of staffs every years
and significant awards in educational field. The company has the one and only office
located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, particularly District 10. With the booming
success, this company has extended their business scale, including education for
mainly operation and digital. In terms of educaion sector, such a company has
trained for rare foreign languages such as Norwegian and four major foreign
languages (German, French, Korean, and Thai). Besides, the company has also been
developing in consulting studying abroad for plenty of students. Sometimes, Phuong
Nam company also takes serveral projects for translation. Regarding Phuong Nam
Digital, they provides strategic solutions for digital marketing. On top of that, this
company is a main partner of Google and other social network operations such as
Facebook and Zalo.

Administrative Personel description

During the Covid -19 pandamic, I did not have chance to work at the office to
deeply understand about the exterior and interior designs of such a departure. There
are … staffs woking in Human Resource and Ms Thanh Thuy is a leader. This
department takes responsibilities for recruiting full-time and part-time staffs, interns
and teachers. For official employees such as consultants, the recruitment process

will be more complicated and go through many steps. HR staff will interview,
process applications and transfer to other departments to schedule training.
Regarding interns, they recruit frequently untill the number of interns fully. There
are various intern positions in this company. It includes Administrative Personel
intern, Korean – French – German interns. HR is responsible for hiring,
interviewing, training and guiding for them, followed by assessment process.

Intern’s duties

My tasks are divided into two different sectors, particularly administractive tasks
and personel tasks.
