Teachers are passion driven.

We are one of the sources and makers of the passion of the

pupils in their future. We help them to become a driven person towards their dreams. We help
them dream and achieve it. And so, it is important that we teachers should also be passionate in
what we are doing. Our work is not only a title of an assignment to submit and serve. But we
must be involved because we love our pupils and that we are committed to give them the best
and quality education. As teachers, we should not rely on what we only have but seek for more
and become a better person every single day. It is important that we live as lifelong learners, as
long as we live, we learn. We gain knowledge not only by our trainings, workshops and seminars
but through reflecting to our daily lives. Including the sessions of learning we have with our
pupils. They are not only the ones to gain knowledge but so are we.

Knowledge is not all. We also have values we gain from the enduring process of
teaching-learning. We become more patient each day. Trying to console a child who have never
been felt love. We make them understand how love looks like by making them feel through our
words and actions. Teachers are known to be emphatic like a parent to his/her child who wants
the best for them. We help them draw their own future by giving them set of experiences that
will not only boast their knowledge but their competence to live in the present and future self.

It is wonderful, the work of teachers. Our work is borderless. It extends beyond the
classroom to the whole world. We teach our pupils, and a role model to the world. We teach the
rights of the community to speak and do the right things. It may be beyond our control their
actions but we have the bigger influence. First, we spend more time with them. As they went out
of their classroom, they must apply what they learned through their actions, words and decision
to make. Indeed, teachers have the noble works. It may easy to say I am knowledgeable but it is
hard to say it is easy to teach. Teaching must have the passion to pass on the light of importance
of education to children. It keeps on burning and growing. The passion that we have should not
be dim because it reflects on the influence we transfer to our children. We are not alone.
Teachers should know that collaboration still works the best in terms of victories and sufferings.
We do not live in an island alone but we conquer the waves of ocean together. It is not also a sin
to enjoy at times and have a proper day out alone, with family or with friends as long as you
always find to grown every day. Learning should always be still your weapon.
