essence. It hold many more resources
that the personality or self can claim
and actualize for its well-being.

Encompasses one’s body, feelings, emotions,
thoughts, values and relationships. It is a
unique personal identity made up of ones
experiences, beliefs, convictions, as well as
one’s longings, dreams, life purpose, and
meaning.

Refers to how an individual
distinctly thinks and behaves in
different situations and is
relatively stable across time.

whether the person is energized by being

individual prefers to use his/her senses
or ideas in interpreting information.
