Topic 13: The gap between education in richer countries and education in poorer countries is a

growing concern. What solutions can you suggest to deal with this situation?
Plans:
Paragraph 1: Between countries
-The rich countries spend more money on education and research => improve their curriculum
far more up to date with the other => The rich countries should support poor countries in
investing educational facilities or provide more scholarships for students in developing countries
to have a chance in studying the state-of-art curriculum.
Paragraph 2: In under-developed countries
-Free education in poor countries => Free education allows poor people as well as the rich access
to education .Everyone should have equal rights to education. Legally, children have a
permission to go to school. => a fair in recruitment. As a result, government had financial aid to
support children in rural areas or living in poor families have a chance to study until finishing
high school. For example, in Vietnam, parents have to allow their kids to complete secondary
school curriculum under government funding through free or paying low tuition fee.
- Reforms curriculum => refer to developed education’s syllabus to innovate their education
Writing:
It can be apparent that the huge difference in education quality between developed and under-
developed countries is a gap that is increasing in the past decades. There are certain solutions
that could be narrowing the distance in educational achievement between countries.
Education achievement
On the one hand, the governments with their wealthy should provide funding or share their
experiences for other countries, particularly for poor countries. One of the major problems
results in this discrepancy between communities is that developed economics spend more money
on education and research, while their counterparts in opposite circumstance could have enough
resources to do this. As a result, their curriculums are up to date further than poor countries,
which can prolong people’s accessibility of modern education system in under-developed
regions. Thus, it will be beneficial to improve it as well as citizens in rich countries if these
administrations provide funding for schooling facilities or scholarships for gifted students in
developing countries under certain conditions, who can contribute to innovate the quality of
education in their hometown.
On the other hand, it is necessary to have the development itself in under-developed education.
Firstly, free education could be a key of educational equalization for all its citizens because it
could allow the poor as well as the wealthy access proper education. Legally, in the laws of
many governments demonstrate children’s permission and obligation is going to school when
they are in the six years of age. Secondly, educators and ministry of education in under-
developed nations should collaborate on reforming curriculum. The best way that could achieve
a high level as well as developed others is that they should have reference to pioneers with
strengths of curriculums and analyze their culture and circumstances, then applying new one in
recent educational systems should be even in consideration.
In conclusion, the disparities in educational level between many parts of the world should
decline. Every nations should unite on the lines of humanity and help each other in the way of
raising the public awareness of the importance of education.
