Minutes of Meeting
1. The meeting convened at exactly 10:00 AM for the first batch, and 3:00 PM for
the second batch via Zoom, and was presided over by Professor Bernadette B.
Gomez, Practicum adviser for BSE English, Mathematics, and Science.
 
2. Gomez asked for updates and concerns regarding the following final
requirements:
a. Demonstration teaching recorded Video
b. Portfolio (The observation form should not be included anymore in the
portfolio entries.)
c. Module
 
3. She also demonstrated how to submit or upload the said final requirements into
the Learning Management System (LMS). She reminded the student teachers or
practicumers about the final requirements deadline for submission, strictly until
August 31, 2021, because the registrar is asking for early encoding for those
graduating students.
 
4. Lastly, Prof. Gomez announced the "Demonstration Teaching Festival"
scheduled for next week, where all the recorded videos will be presented.
 
5. The meeting adjourned at 11:00 AM for the first batch, and 4:00 PM for the last
batch.
