City. The day 1 of Virtual inset with the theme “Community Linkages Bringing Light in this time of
Pandemic gives us the knowledge on how important SBM Wins Program to our students and to the
whole community.

Based on the mandates of SBM Wins it focuses on the following salient features:

 Reduces morbidity and mortality among schoolchildren that stem from poor hygiene and
sanitation practices and the lack of safe water and sanitation facilities.
 Promotes positive behavior change among the young
 Improves their health, quality of life, and prospects for a productive future
 Promotes gender equality, and
 Affirms children’s right to health and education

These indicators are determinants on how the DepEd, school personnel, teachers, students,
community and stakeholders work hand in hand for the attaining safe and healthy environment for the
students. Improvement and enhancement are prior to the needs of the school which still undertaken as
a collective program to address the health and education of the learners as pandemic continuously hits
as global health threat for all of us.
