PROGRESS REPORT

DATE- 12th July – 16th July, 2021 (Week 2)

 A part of this week’s task was to create a list of the influencers who can help us
promote the brand and we can curate special gifting packages with our products for
them. By analyzing various types of influencers and checking out their outreach, I
made a list of 10-15 bloggers and influencers who can help us reach to our target
audience. Some of these Influencers were, Tarini Manchanda, Shivani Girdhar,
Ayushi Bangur, Sukhmani Gambir etc.
o A collaboration mail was sent to all these bloggers informing them about the
collaborations and the upcoming campaign.
o A database was made of 30 bloggers and did a few cold calls to their
managers, out of which 10-15 were ready to come on board with us.

 Apart from this, I made creative stories and posts to keep the social media page
engaging and by creating interactive stories, I got an insight of what kinds of products
people like. Instagram insights tool for business accounts helped me segment the
target market, helping in directing the offers and products to our potential customer
base.
o I initiated an Instagram story series, where we could put up a story about a
mood type in relation with the candle scent. For example, Today’s Candle
mood that we put up was REST with the scent LAVENDER, As the scent of
lavender helps to soothe the nerves after a long day at work.

 I have also started creating the monthly Social Media Planner for the brand. This will
ensure that content goes up consistently and will increase the follower base.
