I. Executive Summary
MIMAROPA Product Expo 2021 promotes and showcases different
types of local products, technological advancements, adventure
opportunities and tourism. The exhibition is jointly organized by
government agencies such as the Department of Trade and Industry,
Department of Agriculture, and the Department of Science and
Technology.
MIMAROPA Product Expo aims to attract farmers and regional
producers to the public's attention. Shape the best market leaders more
effectively and make it easier for them to access technological advances,
advice, training, storage, transportation, seeds, and agriculture. Through
this interaction, foreign and local investors will have the chance to venture
in local products of the MIMAROPA region, thereby increasing overall
business and employment opportunities
The venue will be held at the Metro Manila World Trade Center in
Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. The event time is from October 11,
2021 to October 13, 2021, for a period of 3 days. The estimated activity
cost is PHP1,295,000.00
The results of the feasibility study show that the MIMAROPA
tourism and product exhibition will be a success; the income of the event
includes all the expenses of the exhibition; sponsorship and registration
fees benefit the business; the net profit is equal to the sum of transaction
funds minus the cost of the case.

II. Introduction

MIMAROPA Product Expo is responsible for fulfilling the central
task of promoting the Philippines domestically and internationally,
especially MIMAROPA as a major global market hotspot, highlighting its
uniqueness and supporting the development of its local products to
increase the number of investments. Philippines stated that with the rapid
changes in consumer preferences for food and increasing demand for
food production, coupled with population growth and increasing
purchasing power, the food sector remains the largest employment sector
in the Philippine community, accounting for its workforce. Therefore, the
agri-food industry is the top priority of Philippine integration, and a large
part of its economic growth, trade and investment depend on it. Realize
sustainable growth and development by improving land productivity and
meeting market demand. A convenient, safe and green platform can
reach the most influential and mature food operators in the world. Each
exhibitor and buyer gather together according to the product category and
brand they choose to make buying and selling easier.
The new product exhibition showcased food types from all over the
world. Everyone can learn from experts by participating in seminars on
industry-specific topics. The exhibition enables manufacturers, exporters,
importers, distributors, supermarket buyers, retailers, brokers, restaurant
owners, catering operators, general merchants, business service
providers, and all those involved in import and export trade to interact with
them. Potential customers and suppliers have a meeting. MIMAROPA
Product Expo promotes the spirit of the free market in its purest form and
provides a platform where participants can meet, form alliances and
establish new business relationships.
Exhibitors from different continents and countries can meet and
negotiate with buyers such as importers, distributors, retailers,
supermarket buyers and restaurant owners. Exhibitors can show new
product lines to the world and recognize their product lines in the market.
Through the expansion of the market, the development trend of the

III. Objectives of the Event, Theme, and Scope
Under the theme of “New Trends in Food Trade”, the event is a
platform for potential buyers to get in touch with local food producers and
suppliers. The exhibition will allow companies to test the market, identify
suppliers and partners, and learn about the Philippine food industry from
the inside out. Its goal is to provide a user-friendly, safe and
environmentally friendly platform to reach the most influential and mature
food operators in the world. Exhibitors and buyers come together
according to their product categories and brands, making it easier for
everyone to buy and sell. The new showcase will display various foods
from all over the world.
Everyone can learn from experts by participating in this 3-day
exhibition. No matter how small or big your business is, no matter what
your age is and no matter how tenured you are in the scene, you can be a
part of this exhibition – no discrimination. The program is based on a
specially developed a platform that respects the confidentiality of
participant data and takes into account the well-being of participants. You
can participate in the show without going over your budget or worrying
about traveling. As an extra convenience, both exhibitors and visitors can
use video presentations and interactive chats. As the name implies,
MIMAROPA Product Expo provides exhibitors with a unique opportunity
to promote their products and expand their global influence and market
share. It should be in a conference center, but considering the new format
and global influence, we added general merchandise and business
service categories.
MIMAROPA Product Expo is a high-end and big event which is why
Metro Manila World Trade Center in Pasay is the most suitable venue for
it to be held. The event will last for three days from October 11-13, 2021.

The exhibit will start at exactly 9:00 in the morning until 7:00 in the
evening.
The exhibition aims to train manufacturers, exporters, importers,
distributors, supermarket buyers, retailers, brokers, restaurant owners,
hotels, general merchants, business service providers and all those
involved in trade. Export to satisfy potential customers and suppliers in
your industry. MIMAROPA Product Expo promotes the spirit of the free
market in its purest form and provides a platform where participants can
meet, form alliances and establish new business relationships. All
continents and countries can meet and negotiate with buyers such as
importers, distributors, exhibitors, retailers, supermarket buyers and
restaurant owners. They can introduce new product lines to the world,

II. Conclusion and Recommendations
The MIMAROPA Product Expo 2021 is feasible because according to our
research, with the help of our professional organizers and exhibitors from
different regions, the local food system can bring economic benefits to various
enterprises. Small and medium-sized producers as well as niche-oriented
retailers and restaurants have the greatest economic benefits. In addition,
people also help their job seekers create employment opportunities. In other
words, the more money farmers make, the more money they spend on local
businesses and hiring others in the community. Around the world, you can buy a
variety of foods from different countries and locations. I believe some people
prefer to eat food from other countries. Many countries try to prepare food with
food produced by themselves every day. Government members want their
citizens to buy food produced in their country. Although many people feel that
the food in their country or region is not good enough, everyone should eat local
food, because it can help people save money, help their country produce high-
quality food, be more independent in diet, and improve their food. The economic
situation of the country of residence.
Provide potential suppliers floor plan and general installation details. Let
the seller choose their booth. Space, but make sure that sponsor has more
