We have received government of Punjab’s invitation for bid for the Metro train construction project

The probability of completion can be calculated by using the formula:

D = The desired project completion time = 4 years = 1460 days

 = Critical Time of the project = 3.5 years =1283 days

σ u2= The variance of critical path = 1509

Thus,

z = 4.95

Thus, the probability that the project will be completed in 4 years is 100%.
