The planned completion time = 21 weeks

The project date of project completion = April 4 2021


Activity 11

Gantt Chart

We can see in the above Gantt chart, after 10 weeks, activities A, B, H and F are 100%

complete. Activity A ran over the budget, whereas F is completed with the exact budget it is

assigned and activities B and H are under the budget. Activities E, I and J are 0% completed, E

and I activities not yet started as they are starting after 10 weeks of the project start date.

Whereas J started after 9 weeks of the project start date but still the progress is 0 %. Activity G

supposed to be completed within 5 weeks, but we can see it is only 50% complete. This is the

similar case with activities D and C, they are only 80% and 40% completed within given

schedule. Activities A, C, D and G ran over the budget but except activity A others are not

completed.
