In my opinion, when it is not finished by a process as such of articulation, it can be dispensed with.

I really do not see the problem, because each company has its regulations and can dispense with
any offer that does not meet the requirements.

As a company, they have internal regulations or rules that they have to follow when hiring
personnel, but on the contrary, it can also be a case of discrimination.
