1. How can a socialization process benefit an organization?

Socialization benefits both the worker and the organization, by promoting similar behavior

of its members, facilitating their communication, reducing conflicts and requiring less

supervision and control.

The worker who is insufficiently socialized does not understand the integral functioning of

the organization, developing feelings of marginalization or loss of sense of what he does;

his performance will then be characterized by errors, accidents and conflicts with his

colleagues and the organization.

For all this, organizations make a greater effort every day to ensure that both senior

managers and the rest of the workers adopt their objectives, their culture and in general

everything that the company represents.

2. What benefits can socialization bring to the new employee?

The employee will have a better adaptation to the work environment, will know the

relevant information of the internal processes, will learn norms, policies and procedures,

customs, feeling of belonging and identity, boosts their productivity, a cooperative

environment will be created, fewer occupational risks will be generate indirect sales by

recommendation of the person of the company.


3. Describe the role that HRM plays in counseling.

Today, as a human resources professional, he must be familiar with the labor laws of his

own country. Due to the globalization of companies and the movement of personnel from

one country to another, you will also need to be familiar with the labor laws of other

countries. In policy making, you have to be impartial and non-discriminatory as you need to

set rules to promote equal employment opportunities.

4 Explain the role of the CEO / senior management in guiding

Senior management is the person or group of people who have general responsibility for the

entire organization, responsible for setting long-term objectives and defining the strategies

that allow their achievement, resulting in being responsible for the success or failure of the

company.
