behaviours, and learn from each experience?
4.Are you willing to be truthful to yourself when you’ve blown it and then make
amends?
5.Are you willing to honestly assess each day and learn from your mistakes?
6. When you have completed the exercise, what do you want for the next 5 years of
your life?

1. Do you have a passion for leadership—for making a difference in people’s lives?
One of the most important leadership qualities of which a leader can possess is passion. If you are
not passionate about what you are doing, you cannot begin to motivate others to do the same. I
believe that everyone can be a leader however not Everyone has the ability to embrace it.

As the eldest daughter of our family, I was trained to become a good role model to my siblings.
As I grew up this has become my mindset, Over the years I like Motivating and making a
difference out in people’s lives. A true leader should positively influence people, I think that God
made me as his instrument to do this.

2. Are you passionate about doing what needs to be done to lead?


Everything We do, we do it with passion. If you have the ability to lead, then you must do it with
passion. We all know that being a leader is not that easy you must have the leadership qualities
like, being a good listener, teacher and being optimistic.

We need leaders who have a healthy perspective on what it means to lead. We need leaders who
leverage their influence for a greater good. We need leaders who don’t burn through people,
resources, and vision.

3. Are you willing to study, learn, grow, call into question your decisions and your behaviours,
and learn from each experience?

I am eager to learn and progress and am willing to do so. To be honest, I'm still learning. I'm
learning and grow as an individual every day. I am learning by myself as well as learning with
others.
4. Are you willing to be truthful to yourself when you’ve blown it and then make amends?

In all times you must be truthful to yourself because no one knows you better than you. You have
to be honest with yourself even if you have committed mistake. Mistake does not define who you
are make this as lesson to do better next time.

5. Are you willing to honestly assess each day and learn from your mistakes?
"Making a mistake" is not the same thing as "failing." A failure is the result of a wrong action,
whereas a mistake usually is the wrong action. So, when you make a mistake, you can learn from
it and fix it, whereas you can only learn from a failure.

I honestly think that each mistakes have its own lesson. from what I have experienced mistakes
makes me stronger and better.

6. When you have completed the exercise, what do you want for the next 5 years of your life?
For the next 5 years I can see my self being a leader not only to myself but also to my patients, I
can see myself teaching and learning from them.
