SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

constitute and appoint my brother JOWIL P. BALANE likewise of legal age,
Filipino, single and a resident of Lapu-lapu City, Cebu, Philippines, to be my
true and lawful attorney-in-fact, and in my name, place and stead to do and
perform the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

That I was previously employed at Alorica Philippines Inc. under

Employment ID No. 5532323;

That I hereby name, constitute and appoint my brother JOWIL P.

BALANE to process, get and receive my last pay check at the
office of Alorica Philippines Inc. located at 4 th/5th floor, Skyrise
Tower 1, Inez Villa St. Asia town IT Park, Apas, Cebu City and to
incash the same;

Sign on my behalf whatever documents needed for me to sign and

do such other act and deeds necessary to affect the authority
given’

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act or deed necessary
to be done or performed as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or
could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming
all and every act or deed done or performed by my said attorney-in-fact in
accordance with this authority.
