resident of Camp Catitipan, Davao City, by these presents do hereby name, constitute and
appoint as she hereby named, constituted and appointed MRS DARLYN B FUENTES,
of legal age, Filipino, resident of #31, 13 th Ave, Teresita Homes, Brgy Soccoro, Cubao,
Quezon City , to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place
