TITLE: INTERNATIONAL WEBINAR-WORKSHOP SERIES ON E-TEACHING AND E-EMPLOYMENT SERVICES OUTPACING THE
PARADIGM SHIFT IN EDUCATION.

DAY 1
MORNING SESSION

RESOURCE SPEAKER: MS. MELONY P. DONAYRE

The seminar is start May 10, 2021 at 9:00 am via Zoom and live in Facebook page. Ms. Christine Inez Padlan was the host that
webinar application with the prayer followed by singing the National Anthem (Lupang Hinirang) and The Pangasinan Hymn and fallowed
by welcome address to our president Dr. Dexter R. Buted, and other heads and universities and followed by introducing our morning
speaker Ms. Melony P. Donayre. She gave a warm greetings then she proceed to the discussion her topics are e-Teaching strategies
on the Foreign Language is specially the “HANGUOL” of the English Language Learning in South Korean.

AFTERNOON SESSION

RESOURCE SPEAKER: MR. JOSELITO DAGUISON

After we lunch Ms. Christine Inez Padlan was introducing the second speaker in the afternoon session of the webinar Mr.
Joselito Danguison. The speaker greetings and proceed to his topic which the Appreciation of the Local Language in Pangasinan. He
start with the Literature of the Pangasinan and reading a pangasinan words, poam, and sing a song of Pangasinan.

DAY 2
REASOURCE SPEAKER: Ms. RHODORA D. DINGLE, Mr. DENNIS T. SORIANO and Mr. MHEL S. GASPAR

The seminar is start May 11, 2021 at 9:00 am via Zoom and live in Facebook page. Ms. Christine Inez Padlan was the
host that webinar application with the prayer followed by singing the National Anthem (Lupang Hinirang) and The Pangasinan Hymn
and fallowed by welcome address to our president Dr. Dexter R. Buted, and other Heads and Universities. In this seminar three
speaker from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and introducing the first speaker is Ms. Rhodora D. Dingle the head of
DOLE followed by Mr. Nelson M. Bulasoc the Labor and Employment Officer II and the last part is Mr. Mhel Santiago Gaspar the Labor
and Employment Officer III. DOLE History, Vision, DOLE 8-point Agenda, Programs and The Labor and Employment Timeline, Labor
Relations Human Relations and Productivity (LHP), Continuing Labor Education Seminar (CLES), Labor Graduating Student (LEGS),
Innovating Labor and Employment Education. The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) meaning, timeline, core services,
programs. The General Labor Standards, The Compliances Guide, The Current Daily Minimum Wage Rate, Holiday Day Pay,
Computing Night Shift Differential, Leaves, Benefits, Retirement Pay.

DAY 3

MORNING SESSION

The seminar is start June 01, 2021 at 9:00 am via Zoom and live in Facebook page. Ms. Christine Inez Padlan was the host that
webinar application with the prayer followed by singing the National Anthem (Lupang Hinirang) and The Pangasinan Hymn and fallowed
by welcome address to our president Dr. Dexter R. Buted, and other Heads and Universities. Introducing the speaker from Toronto,
Ontrario, Canada a Senior Law Clark (Corporate of Real Sates Department) Shu Cline and Grossman LLP Dr. Florante Vizcarra he
discuss about Securing Niche in the e-word Critical Strategies and Actual Practices but his Presentation is technical issues after a
minute of fixing and he continue his discussion is help as to our next journey after we finish our as a student and he teach how to
construct resume and letter, he also give some tips if we have plan to have a career in Canada.
AFTERNOON SESSION

After we had a lunch break and start again and introduce by Ms. Padlan the speaker Dr. Susan B. Pineda from an exclusive
University in Marinduque to discussed the Enhancing Communication Competencies and Skills for Global Work Demands and Context.
She discussed the intercultural competence, she also discuss the Strategic Competence the Discourse Competence, Sociolinguistic
Competence, Formulaic Competence, Interaction Competence, Linguistic Competence. In the end of her discussion she left us
inspirational quote the “Words calculated tocatch everyone, may catch no one – Adlai E. Stevenson Jr.

DAY 4

REASOURCE SPEAKER: Dr. SHERRILYN B. QUINTOS, Prof. WANG KUN, and Dr. RODELIO GAUUAN

MORNING SESSION

The seminar is start June 07, 2021 at 9:00 am via Zoom and live in Facebook page. Ms. Christine Inez Padlan was the host that
webinar application with the prayer followed by singing the National Anthem (Lupang Hinirang) and The Pangasinan Hymn and fallowed
by welcome address to our president Dr. Dexter R. Buted, and other Heads and Universities introducing Dr. Sherrilyn B. Quintos the
Associate Professor, Adviser of the Filipino-Nihongo Cultural Society, from Bataan State University. She discussed about Foreign
Language of Japanese “Nihongo” and discuss the Self-study Exercise, Difficulties in Learning Japanese. The topic is how to speak and
writing nihongo.
For the second speaker in the morning Ms. Padlan introducing the next speaker Prof. Wang Kun the English Teacher, Jining
Teacher’s College and Lastly Mongolia, China Professor. She discuss her topic was Introduction to Chinese Culture, English
Education, Standard Chinese Characters and the Pinyin , Strategies in Teaching Chinese, Academic Exchanges and Cooperation in
China.
AFTERNOON SESSION

After the lunch break start again and Ms. Padlan introduced the speaker Mr. Rodelito Gauuan from an exclusive University in
Nueva Viscaya. He discussed the lenses: Pagpapahalaga ng mga awiting Ilocano sa Lente ng Kontemporaneong Pilosopiya. He give
three songs and it’s lenses and also the culture, gender equality and the ilokano is “kuripot” some paticipants argue but the ilokano have
they just know how to appreciate every cents.
