PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. PROJECT NAME:
Pagtatapon; Ayusin

II. PROJECT TYPE:

This project will lie under environmental for it includes practicing to make the
environment clean by simply disposing the wastes properly.

III. RATIONALE:
Our community was suffering in a slight air pollution and if that stays for a long time
it will cause an adverse effect especially to the health of the people living here. The reasons
why this project needs to start is that we will be able to reduce the pollution that is cause by
the garbage that are not disposed properly. Garbage must be stored in proper waste
containers to make it safe and secure and to prevent leaking and environmental hazard.

IV. OBJECTIVES:
 To make and keep our surroundings clean and safe.
 To ensure the protection of the environment through effective waste management
measures.
 To stop the spread of pollution around the community by disposing our garbage properly.

V. DESCRIPTION:
This project involves everyone living in the community, starting from the age of 10
to any age. The community will be the main beneficiary of the "Pagtatapon; Ayusin" project
from June 30 to July 4 2020 in Ipil, Gonzaga, Cagayan.

VI. PROJECT OUTLINE/ DRAFT:

The project will implement the following procedures:

1. A letter will be sent to the principal, to inform about the project that is to be conducted.

2. Upon the approval of the principal, a letter will also be sent to the concerned barangay
official to give authorization to the said project.
3. The assigned team will orient the persons responsible in the implementation of the
program.

4. Seminars will be conducted and afterwards the during the time period specified.

5. The results of the project will be constantly monitored and evaluated by the students
involved and the subject teacher.

VII. BUDGET PLAN:

For this project to be done, there is a need to require the following:

VIII. MONITORING AND EVALUATION:

The main tools for the monitoring and evaluation of the project outcomes will be survey and
evaluation forms. The analysis of the project aftermath plays a vital role in knowing if the project has
reached its goals or it became successful in a unexpected way.
