COUNTER AFFIDAVIT

I, JET BRUCE L. LIBAG, 28 years old, married, Filipino, and a resident of Ylaya
talamban, Cebu city, Philippines, after having been sworn to in accordance with
the law hereby depose and state that;
I am the accused in Criminal Case No. 432, for the crime of INFACTICIDE
acts contrary to Acts contrary to the provision of  Article 255 act known
as INFACTICIDE

• I am the husband of Jetla Libag

• I deny the allegations of JETLA LIBAG. That I only scolded my wife
because of her paramour.
• I deny the allegations that I use caliber.38 to intentionally shoot my wife
JETLA LIBAG.
• That the time I just shoot the gun due to frustration in other direction not in
JETLA LIBAG where she is in .
• I am executing this Counter-Affidavit to attest to the truth that I did not
commit the crime of ATTEMPTED INFACTICIDE in whatever form as
erroneously and maliciously alleged by the Complainant.

I, Dr.Stone Mugiwara 36 years old residence of Brgy.Tejero, Cebu City

Philippines medical doctor assigning at Vicente Sotto Medical Center ,
often been duly sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby depose
and say:

 That I personally saw and examined Jet Bruce Libag.

 That the result of the mental examination Jet Bruce Libag suffer
severe depression.

 That he needs mental examination weekly.

 I am executing this Counter-Affidavit to attest to the truth that the accused

did not commit the crime of ATTEMPTED INFACTICIDE in whatever
form as erroneously and maliciously alleged by the Complainant.

AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I Juan Libag 32 years old residence of Brgy.Apas, Cebu City Philippines

After having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby
depose and state;

 I am the younger brother of JET BRUCE LIBAG.

 That since on 6:30 evening March 18 2021 at Ylaya Talamban

Cebu City, I was the one who taking Jet Bruce Libag to his home.

 That JET BRUCE LIBAG suffers severe frustration because he

suspected he is not the father of the child who’s inside JETLA
LIBAG’s womb.

 That I personally saw the act of shooting and it shoots on the other side not
on the JETLA LIBAG’s place.

 I am executing this affidavit of witness to support the counter affidavit of

JET BRUCE LIBAG.
