Objective: Procurement of various types of type approved alloys of various forms, (Round bars, Rectangular, bars, Sheets, Plates) and dimensions for aero engine application as per Table-J..1 . 2. Pre-qualification criteria: Nil 3, Product details and specification: As per Table-1 4, Scope of work of vendor: 4.1. Supply of type approved materials as per Table-1. 4.1.4. Allmitertatsiehall-be"sugiplied With: DGAQA approved valid test.centificate with complete traceability w.rt type approval no., type approved specification, melting method, ingot details, heat number, size and any other relevant identification followed during material production. 4.1.2. All scanned copies of testcertificates to bé supplied in CD along with supply 4.2. Inspection and testing: 4.2.1. Vendor shall carry out all the tests specified in relevant specifications (as per Table-1) at NABL approved laboratories. 43. _ Installation and commissioning: Not Applicable 4.4. Training: Not Applicable 5. Scope of work of GTRE: Scrutiny of all test results vis a vis relevant specification 6. Deliverables by the vendor: 6.1. Hardware/ software deliverables: 6.1.1, Supply of items as per Table-1 6.2. Service deliverables: 6.2.1. NIL 6.3. Documents: 63.1, Test Certificate including all test results as per relevant specification specified in Table-1 with all relevant traceability records including Type approval no., approved by DGAQA 7. Final inspection/acceptance of the test reports and documents by GTRE 8. Warranty: Nil 9. Delivery schedule: all items shall be delivered to GTRE within 12. months from the date of issue of order, 10. Payment terms: 10.1. 30% of advance after placement of order 10.2. Pro rata payment after adjustment of proportionate advance -Maximum of 3 Part payments will be made at 8,10 and 12 months 11.General terms and conditions: 11.1. As per GTRE terms and conditions 14-2. Vendor shall quote on per kg basis only for each line item. This cost shall include all testings (if required) for type approval of material (if applicable), 12.Documents to be submitted along with quotation: 12.1.
