Agile project methodology summary
The agile project methodology is based on building the client trust by constantly referring to the
customer about the project progress. The project is developed based on iterative and
incrementing which develops a stable project which is tested during project development. Tools,
tales, and techniques are used in the agile project methodology. The agile project methodology is
based on seven steps which are:-

The traditional methodology takes aim at the objectives while agile methodology starts in a

broad way. Hence agile methodology covers a wider direction and is able to bring better results
than the traditional methodology. The traditional methodology takes aim at the project objectives
which might result is amiss if the target is moved. While on the other hand agile project
management adapts to changes during project development which makes it a better methodology
to handle the project with moving or changing objectives.
Agile methodology has many characteristics which define how they develop a project, the

methodologies have cost and time has the main variables. Time and cost are fixed variable in
agile methodology while features are fixed variable in traditional methodology. As a result of the
