Registration Procedure for Saudi Aramco Contractors:

Thank you for your interest in registering your Company with Saudi Aramco Contracting Department.
Registration with Saudi Aramco is required for all establishments/companies that enter into a contract with S

It is important to note that this registration/update process merely provides Saudi Aramco with current cont
information about your company. This registration is different from contractor prequalification which is perf
connection with a specific contract or group of similar contracts.

After successfully registering with Saudi Aramco, your Company will be granted online access to your own C
section in which your Company will be able to present various prequalification type data (such as experience
equipment, certificates, etc.) and update such information online at any time. Saudi Aramco will refer to you
when searching for contractors who are potentially qualified for certain jobs.

Important: Please first print this page, prepare all required documents, and then scan them int
format prior to proceeding any further. Please make sure that the name on the letter head of co
the official name on the Commercial Registration

The ECN Online Registration Process is composed of three main steps:

Step 1: Required Documents:

You are required to upload electronic scanned copies of the following documents in Adobe Acrobat PDF form
that each field allows only ONE file to be uploaded.

(Note: Documents with * are mandatory)

* 1. Letter addressed to the Manager of Saudi Aramco Contracting Department requesting to be reg
contractor with Saudi Aramco with a brief explanation of the main services your Company provi
by your Company owner or officer, who is specified in your Company's Commercial Registration
Government License).

* 2. Latest valid Commercial Registration Certificate (or Government License). Please note that you

3. Chamber of Commerce and Industry Membership.

* 4. Valid Zakah and Income Tax Payment or Clearance (or certificate of registration for new compa

Valid Saudization Certificate (Decision 50) from the Labor office confirming that your Compan
required Saudization percentage, or that the Saudization is not required for your company.

* 6. Valid Certificate from the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) confirming that you
registered with GOSI and has fulfilled all its obligations towards GOSI, or that the related Social
regulations do not apply to your Company.

* 7. The Article of Association and any amendment(s) made thereinafter. (Not Required for Estab
owned by one individual)

8. Government Contractor Classification, if applicable.

9. Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) certificate. This certificate need to be uplo
Investors.

10. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate.

Step 2: Registration Screens:

You will be required to fill-out the following screens online:

1. Company General Information
2. Ownership Information
3. Designated Contacts
4. Authorized Signatories

Step 3: System Generated Documents:

Based on the information you enter in Step 2, the system will generate the following documents, which you
sign, and follow the other related instructions:
1. Ownership and Authorizations Letter.
2. Designated Contacts - Computer Use and Confidentiality Agreements;.

In addition, you will be required to upload the following document :

- Supplier Code of Conduct. Your entity is required to acknowledge, and agree to Saudi Aramco Supp
Conduct in order to continue doing business with Saudi Aramco.

- If applicable, Power of Attorney for the person who signed the Ownership and Authorizations Letter on
not the owner (for establishments) nor named in your Company's Commercial Registration certificate a
General Manager.

Step 4: Avoid Application Mistakes:
