IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
Social Media Content
CATEGORIES OF POST CONTENT
- The type of content (writing tips or bts,etc) will be decided by the Secretariat
1. Writing tips/ Collabs/ BTS- Crisp information about writing and content team.
- There will be only 1 snippet going up on the social media handles (Based on = 50 words per slide = Overall 200+ words.

(The type of content in which challenges/interactive posts will be mentioned
shall be handled by social media) = 75 words per slide = Overall 300+ words.
Submission
Process
1. One piece - One Document : Kindly refrain from sending 2 pieces in one word document. Pieces as PDF or word document format are preferred. ALL
DOCUMENTS SHOULD HAVE TITLES.

2. Emailing process : Email IDs will always be available in the group chat description. Kindly send it to BOTH the EIC and the Content Head.

3. Google Form : To simplify tracking, I request people writing for the edition to fill the google form shared when the theme is announced post voting.

4. Submission list : To avoid confusion kindly specify the following in the submitted list which is posted in the group chat

- the number of pieces you are submitting (if more than 1)

- the name of co author
- your name, novel name and chapter number

5. Social Media Content: There will be only 1 snippet going up on the

social media handles (Based on voted theme) which should not exceed the word limit 90.
For more details kindly refer to Social Media Content Slide (IRT 3) or message
the Content Head on PC.
